A Member-Driven Approach to Collaboration and Impact
The IPSIS Special Projects Network gives members new ways to contribute their expertise and stay engaged throughout the year. This flexible, project-driven model connects members with focused initiatives across IPSIS—allowing you to participate in short-term, meaningful projects that fit your interests and availability.
What the Network Is
The Special Projects Network is designed to align structure with function: a responsive framework that brings together members for specific, time-limited projects. By enrolling, you’ll join a pool of professionals who may be invited to assist with IPSIS initiatives that match your background and expertise.
Projects may include:
- Curriculum development
- Coverage policy comment letters
- Systematic reviews
- Research protocol development
- Reviews or comments on external guidelines or publications
Participation in some projects will require IPSIS Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) Accreditation via successful completion of EBM training. To complete IPSIS EBM training, click here.
How It Works
- Open Enrollment: Members in good standing are eligible to join the Network at any time.
- Project-Based Engagement: Participants may be contacted throughout the year for well-defined, time-limited projects aligned with their skills and availability.
- Cross-Organizational Collaboration: IPSIS Divisions and Committees can request Network support for specific projects, ensuring rapid access to expertise when needed.
Why Participate
- Increase Your Engagement: Take part in service opportunities that fit your interests and schedule.
- Enhance Flexibility: Help IPSIS respond quickly to emerging issues and time-sensitive projects.
- Support Quality: Ensure IPSIS’s work products reflect the insight and experience of qualified, committed members.
