Alexandra Fogarty, MD

Dr. Alexandra Fogarty is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician with dual fellowship training in Sports Medicine and Interventional Pain. She serves as an Assistant Professor of PM&R at the University of Utah.

Dr. Fogarty completed her residency at Washington University in St. Louis, followed by fellowship training at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. Her clinical and research interests center on improving outcomes in interventional musculoskeletal and spine care, while also pioneering strategies to reduce medical and procedural waste.

Passionate about helping patients stay active and outdoors, Dr. Fogarty brings the same energy to her personal life. Outside of work, she and her family can often be found alpine skiing in the mountains.
