Lumbar Medial Branch Procedure Survey

Show us where you perform lumbar medial branch procedures! This survey shows a series of anatomic specimens and fluoroscopic images with color bands. All you have to do is answer a few questions about yourself and then choose the color band you would target during your lower lumbar medial branch procedures.
The survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. No personal identifying information is requested. (IRB Status: Exempt)
