IPSIS Represented at AMA RUC Meeting

The International Pain and Spine Intervention Society was represented at the January 2024, American Medical Association (AMA) Relative Value Update Committee (RUC) meeting in Coronado, California.

RUC is the advisory body to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that reviews medical procedures and provides Relative Value Unit (RVU) recommendations. Recommendations approved at this RUC meeting will be presented to CMS for final authorization and publication in the 2025 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule.
