Lumbar Epidural Approach Variability Survey

Monday, November 20, 2023

You are invited to participate in a survey of IPSIS members which aims to learn more about significant observed variability in the choice of epidural approach for stenosis and disc herniations. The investigation is designed to identify any differences in practice patterns in the use of interlaminar, transforaminal, or caudal approaches for a variety of imaging/clinical scenarios based on region, training, years in practice, and other factors.

The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. No personal identifying information is requested. (IRB Status: Exempt)
