IPSIS Fighting for Coverage of SCS in Washington - Learn how to help

Friday, September 8, 2023

IPSIS is carefully reviewing the Washington State Health Care Authority’s Health Technology Assessment Program's (HTA) draft evidence report regarding spinal cord stimulation, and will submit comments, as appropriate, by the October 2, 2023 deadline.

You can also shape the future of spinal cord stimulation in Washington State — BUT ONLY OF YOU ACT BEFORE OCTOBER 2, 2023. Send your insights and experiences to the HCA Health Technology Assessment Program.

The evidence report will inform the Health Technology Clinical Committee in proposing a coverage decision — anticipated early next year. We will keep you informed as we learn more, and you can monitor the status of this effort at: Spinal Cord Stimulation | Washington State Health Care Authority.

You can also help sustain this vital advocacy with your donations. The International Pain and Spine Intervention Society (IPSIS) is a tax-exempt organization under US section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As such, contributions are deductible to the extent allowed by law.
