Pre-publication review and dispute for the Program Year 2022 Open Payments data is available now through May 15, 2023

IPSIS urges you to review what industry reported about you before the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) publishes its 2022 Open Payments data. Disputes must be initiated by May 15 in order to be reflected in the June 2023 publication. The CMS website shows data and records for “transfers of value” from industry that exceed $11 an item or $100 a year for smaller gifts. These data include any compensation that drug, device, biological, and medical supply manufacturers report that they provided to physicians and teaching hospitals.
