Halt Medicare Payment Cuts

Tuesday, December 6, 2022

On January 1, 2023, physicians will face devastating Medicare payment cuts from regulatory changes enacted by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

If Congress fails to act before the end of the year, physician Medicare payments will be cut by 4.5%. Cuts of this magnitude will severely impede patient access to care by forcing many physician practices to close and thereby putting further strain on those that remained open during the pandemic.

Take action now to help avert the cuts by:

  • Contacting your members of Congress and demanding that they protect our patients and practices by canceling these devastating Medicare cuts before the clock strikes zero!
  • Sharing this with your colleagues and asking them to contact their members of Congress using the link above.
