Verify the Accuracy of Your Industry-Reported Open Payments Data

Review and dispute for the Program Year 2021 Open Payments data is available now through December 31, 2022

IPSIS urges you to review what industry reported about you before the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) publishes its 2021 Open Payments data. Disputes must be initiated by December 31 in order to be reflected in the January 1, 2023 data publication. The CMS website shows data and records for “transfers of value” from industry that exceed $11 an item or $100 a year for smaller gifts. These data include any compensation that drug, device, biological, and medical supply manufacturers report that they provided to physicians and teaching hospitals. Learn more on CMS’ Open Payments Resource page.

You can also help sustain this vital advocacy with your donations. The International Pain and Spine Intervention Society (IPSIS) is a tax exempt organization under US section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As such, contributions are deductible to the extent allowed by law.
