You are invited to take part in a survey collecting information on interventional spine labor statistics, including salary trends by specialty, practice type, compensation models, ancillary income sources, and physician demographics.

This investigation is designed to benchmark career mobility and overall compensation satisfaction, and to discover potential inequities.

The survey should take 5 minutes or less to complete. No personal identifying information is requested. (IRB Status: Exempt)

Principal Investigator: Allen S. Chen, MD, MPH, University of California, Los Angeles, Department of Orthopedic Surgery

Co-Investigators: Byron J. Schneider, MD, Vanderbilt University Medical Center; Zachary L. McCormick, MD, University of Utah Division of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation; and Jennifer G. Leet MD, University of California, Los Angeles

Often in the course of conducting research, it is helpful for investigators to obtain information about current practice patterns, values, or other issues and opinions from physicians. The Research Division of the International Pain and Spine Intervention Society has reviewed and approved dissemination of this survey to Society members.
