Verify the Accuracy of Your Industry-Reported Open Payments Data

IPSIS urges you to check your newly updated Open Payments profile. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) website shows data and records for “transfers of value” from industry that exceed $11 an item or $100 a year for smaller gifts. These data include any compensation that drug, device, biological, and medical supply manufacturers report that they provided to physicians and teaching hospitals. This is also your opportunity to learn whether any disputed records remain on your profile.
