IPSIS Responding to Proposed Facet LCDs

As expected following the multijurisdictional CAC meeting in May, over the past few weeks, Medicare Administrative Contractors (MAC) have been publishing proposed local coverage determinations for facet interventions. IPSIS has reviewed the draft proposed LCDs on facet interventions and is preparing a multisociety response. IPSIS leadership have been participating during MAC open meetings to advocate for appropriate coverage policies.
