SGR Update: The SGR Repeal and Medicare Provider Payment Modernization Act

On Thursday, February 6^th, bipartisan legislation was put forward by the Energy and Commerce Committee, House Committee on Ways and Means, and Senate Finance Committee to repeal and replace the Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR) formula.
