ISIS Sends Comments to CMS – CRNAs Should not Perform Spinal Interventions

ISIS submitted a comment letter to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) during public comment period on the Final Rule of the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule.  CMS announced that it is finalizing the proposal to reimburse CRNAs at the same rate as physicians for chronic pain procedures, which they are allowed to perform in their state.  ISIS strongly disagrees with this decision.
