M. Lewis Frazier, Jr., MD

Dr. Frazier is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Fellow of the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, having completed his residency training at Stanford University PM&R program in 1995. His practice is focused on the clinical, electrodiagnostic, and interventional diagnosis of musculoskeletal and peripheral nerve related pain and has included serving in numerous teaching capacities for some 15 years, including all of the International Pain and Spine Intervention Society courses multiple times, various intradiscal therapies, and has been invited to speak at NASS, various medical schools and residencies, as well as other venues as a recognized expert in the field of interventional spinal procedures including neuromodulation trials and permanent implantation in all spinal regions. Dr. Frazier has been voted D Magazine "Best Doctor" in Dallas as voted by his peers multiple times and is a leader in providing precision spinal diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures.
