Christopher Morelli, DO

Dr. Morelli received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. He then became board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation after completing his residency at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI. Afterward, he completed a fellowship in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine through Spine West in Boulder, CO. He currently practices at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, which is an independent physiatry-led rehabilitation hospital system centered in Grand Rapids, MI. He serves as the outpatient medical director along with lead spine and musculoskeletal clinical faculty for the hospital’s residency program. He also enjoys remaining active in education by teaching medical students and fellows. His clinic focus is treating acute and chronic spine and musculoskeletal issues, which includes incorporating interventional fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided treatments plus electrodiagnostics.

He has been a proud active member of IPSIS since 2012 and is currently on the Education Division’s Online Learning Committee. Outside of work-related duties, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids doing outdoor activities and sports and cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers.
