Christine El Yahchouchi, MDDr. El Yahchouchi graduated from the anesthesia department at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. She earned her medical diploma from the faculty of medical sciences at the Lebanese University in 2011, followed by a chronic pain fellowship at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, in the United States. Dr. El Yahchouchi identified pain medicine as a likely career path during her residency. She trained with Dr. Timothy Maus at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and participated in Mayo clinical research, culminating in several projects published in Pain Medicine and recognized by IPSIS for two consecutive years. Dr. El Yahchouchi previously served on the IPSIS International Education Committee. She is also an IPSIS Instructor and was named IPSIS Instructor of the Year in 2023. Currently, Dr. El Yahchouchi serves on the IPSIS Board of Directors as the International Division Chair. |
