Kevin Vorenkamp, MD

Kevin Vorenkamp, MD, FASA, is Chief of the Pain Medicine Division at Duke University. He is an associate professor and associate director of patient safety and quality in the Department of Anesthesiology. Dr. Vorenkamp completed his second term on the AMA CPT Editorial Panel (2015-2023) after serving as the co-advisor for the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA). He is a member of the IPSIS Health Policy Division and the Annual Meeting Planning Committee and currently serves on the IPSIS Board of Directors as a member-at-large.. He is Chair of the ASRA Practice Management Committee and remains active with the ASA, serving on the committees on economics and pain medicine. Dr. Vorenkamp is the recipient of the 2021 ASRA Presidential Scholar Award.
