ISIS Members Encouraged to Submit Comments on a Draft Coverage Policy for Paravertebral Facet Joint

A new/revised draft of a coverage policy for paravertebral facet joint blockade, which will now include cervical/thoracic areas, is available for public comment. This Part B Medicare policy, once implemented, will immediately affect services in Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. However, in the future, this policy will likely be adopted by Medicare contractors in other states.
