Volunteers Needed to Fill Out a Survey on Physician Work for Interventional Spine Procedures

Please participate in a survey of physician work involved in interventional spine procedures in order to assure relative values will be accurately and fairly presented to CMS. These values determine the rate at which Medicare and other payers reimburse for procedures.
