Samir Shnayien, MDDr. Shnayien finished Medical School in 1984, and had his first encounters with spine intervention and surgery between 1984 and 1997. However it wasn't until 1998, the year he started his own practice in Linz am Rhein, Germany that he intensified his knowledge in spine intervention. During this year he was introduced to several colleagues who attended International Pain and Spine Intervention Society courses and reported only good things. As his curiosity grew, he decided to visit his first International Pain and Spine Intervention Society course. Since then he has attended several International Pain and Spine Intervention Society courses in North America and Europe. Furthermore he found it to be important to invest a great amount of time for the further education of his staff. Through the International Pain and Spine Intervention Society his staff was able to acquire knowledge about the indications and contraindications of a certain procedure, in addition to medication, pre- and post-procedure requirements. He is very grateful to the International Pain and Spine Intervention Society and happy with his practice and its applications for patients suffering from pain. |
