Nancy A. Henry-Socha, MDDr. Henry-Socha is an interventional pain and musculoskeletal physiatrist with Allina Health in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area in Minnesota. She attended medical school at the University of Minnesota and completed her Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at the University of Minnesota. After graduation, she completed the Anesthesiology Pain Medicine fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle. She is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation with subspecialty certification in Pain Medicine.Dr. Henry-Socha established the Pain Medicine department with EssentiaHealth in the Brainerd Lakes area of Minnesota and practiced as an interventional pain specialist for over 7 years in Central Minnesota before relocating back to the Twin Cities to be closer to family. Before entering medical school, Dr. Henry-Socha was a middle school and high school science teacher for 14 years, in addition to developing courses, including the Anatomy and Physiology course for the Robbinsdale Area Schools. During her career as an educator, she earned a Master’s of Education and continues to have a passion for education and mentoring. She has been a International Pain and Spine Intervention Society member since 2014. She is a course instructor for the International Pain and Spine Intervention Society. |
