Jason Eldrige, MDDr. Eldrige is a board certified anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Specialist. After completing both residency training in Anesthesiology and fellowship training in Pain Medicine in Rochester Minnesota, he was awarded a Mayo Clinic Foundation Scholar position to stay on as a staff physician at Mayo. Starting in March of 2020, Dr. Eldrige assumed the duties of Chair for the Pain Medicine Department at Mayo Clinic Florida’s campus in Jacksonville. Academic and clinic interests include the management of cancer pain, the treatment of medically intractable primary headache (interventional), use of implantable neuromodulation devices (including spinal cord stimulation, intrathecal drug delivery systems), application of comprehensive percutaneous spine interventions to treat spine pain, and teaching residents and fellows. As Chair of the Department of Pain Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL, he leads a multidisciplinary pain medicine group practice incorporating close integration with Mayo Clinic’s multidisciplinary Pain Rehabilitation Center program. |
